Professional Experience: I have provided therapeutic services in several domains over the past five years. I have spent three years working in child and adolescent day treatment settings leading groups and providing individual therapy. The last two years I have been providing individual therapy in several schools with the School-Linked Behavioral Health Program. I have also provided in in-home individual therapy to families during the summer who were enrolled in the School-Linked Behavioral Health program.
Special Interests: I utilize several different methodologies including CBT, DBT, and play therapy techniques in my work with children and adolescents. I also provide EMDR therapy (in training).
A Fun Fact About Me: I travel to Texas approximately once a year to visit family and college friends.
