Professional Experience: My professional experiences have been serving children, adolescents, and families. I have experience in various settings including inpatient hospitalization for adolescents, an outpatient counseling practice, and an adolescent psychiatric residential treatment facility. I provide trauma-informed therapy to individuals and families. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT.)
Special Interests: My interest is in serving children and adolescents and their families. I enjoy working with those who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. I use CBT, TFCBT, and motivational interviewing to guide clients on their path to healing.
A Fun Fact About Me: I love collecting houseplants and enjoy teaching others how to keep their plants thriving!
