Professional Experience: I have provided therapeutic services since 2014, providing services in-home, in-office, in day treatment, and in the group setting.
Special Interests: I often work with clients who experience anxiety and depression symptoms and specialize in treating trauma in adults and children. I also specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, treating clients who are diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, or have multiple mental health diagnoses. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in the process of becoming certified in Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
A Fun Fact About Me: I was a foster parent for three years, and it was a challenging and rewarding experience! I also really enjoy spending time with my family at the lake in the summer.
