Professional Experience: I have experience providing services to individuals and families experiencing substance use disorder and mental health concerns since 2006 and have provided care in residential, outpatient, in-home and community settings. I also have experience as a supervisor for interns and mental health practitioners and mental health program management.
Special Interests: I am certified in DC:0-5 Early Childhood Mental Health, Mindfulness Based Ecotherapy and trauma informed care. I practice an integrative approach that incorporates somatic healing modalities, the natural environment and whole body healing into psychotherapy.
A Fun Fact About Me: I enjoy being outdoors as often as I can, specifically gardening, camping and hiking. I’m also passionate about travel, seeing the world and learning from others who live differently than myself.
