Charlene received her Master’s Degree from Adler Graduate School in Adlerian Psychotherapy with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. Charlene has a wide range of experience working with individuals, couples and families, seeing children as young as six years of age, teens, and adults. Her areas of particular interest include relationship issues, sexual addiction and codependency, stage of life transitions, anxiety and depression. Charlene is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and offers pre-marital counseling. Charlene is also able to provide counseling from a Christian perspective. In her professional approach, she values the uniqueness of each individual, and draws from a variety of theoretical orientations.
