Professional Experience: I have over 9 years of experience in the intake specialist field and have worked at chiropractic and dental offices. I help get clients and/or their families who are in need of care scheduled to be seen promptly as possible. I am honored to be part of the Lighthouse team.
Area(s) of Responsibilities: I am part of the Operations team. As an Intake Specialist some of my job duties include, setting clients up to be seen in our Day Treatment program, set up transportation when needed and monitoring accounts to make sure all needed documents are filed on a timely basis. I also assist with weekly reports for our clinicians and insurance checks for our out client programs.
A Fun Fact About Me: I enjoy spending time with my family. I love the summer months and prefer to spend them camping, barbecuing, having bon fires and 4-wheeling. During the winter I spend a lot of time reading, doing puzzles and playing bingo!
