Professional Experience: I have provided therapeutic services in-home and in an inpatient setting since 2017. I have experience working with clients with a large variety of diagnoses such as BDP, depression, ODD, and substance use disorders. I’ve worked with clients from the ages of 7 to 60+, but my niche is teenagers. I have experience collaborating with other mental health care workers and probation officers for client care and have provided family therapy to youth and their families. I also have experience in facilitating groups such as CBT, male therapy, and stress management.
Special Interests: I specialize in working with clients from the age of 12-18. I work from a person-centered approach using CBT, while teaching and practicing DBT skills to the clients to help regulate their emotions and mental healthy symptoms. I have clinical experience in working with depression, trauma, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, attachment disorders, ADHD, and more.
A Fun Fact About Me: I love to spend my time outside during the summer whether that is hiking, fishing, or just being in the water. I also love to spend a nice summer day playing golf. I love beach vacations and traveling to see the world.
