Professional Experience: Team Lead for a hospital-based registration team in the inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. I have also worked as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) and in the Business Office at an assisted living center prior to the role at the hospital. Before administrative work, I provided direct care in group homes, assisted livings, and was a PCA for about 10 years.
Area(s) of Responsibilities: I support our School-Linked Behavioral Health (SLBH) staff by overseeing and processing intakes/referrals for services, data collection and management, and other administrative duties. I am also a part of the Operations department and assist with process reviews and improvements.
A Fun Fact About Me: I love to garden, but don’t have a green thumb when it comes to indoor plants!
