Professional Experience: I have provided therapy services for 10 years across various settings. I have a lot of experience in working with people of all ages who have experienced significant adversity in their lives. I have also taught parenting classes and provided in-services on mental health and trauma for schools. In addition to seeing clients, I also provide supervision to developing therapists and am a Board Approved Supervisor.

Special Interests: My main area of focus over the last several years has been working with teenagers and young adults. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience in facilitating Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have clinical experience in working with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual assault, life transitions, grief/loss, identity work, relational issues, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideation, and family of origin issues.

A Fun Fact About Me: I love spending time with my family. I really enjoy traveling and I’m also a homebody. I enjoy reading a variety of books whenever I can. Learning is very important to me and I love gathering new information and experiencing new things.
