Lighthouse Child & Family Services is currently accepting applications for School-Linked Behavioral Health Therapists (or Clinical Trainees) to serve students enrolled in Mora Public Schools. You’ll have a space at the elementary school as well as the brand new high school that just opened for the 2023-2024 school year! This role is eligible for a hiring bonus.
The primary duties of this position are to provide mental health services to students and their families along with coordination with school personnel. This position is a year-round position with the ability to decrease hours in the summer if the employee chooses.
Duties include:
- Provide clinical mental health services within school district buildings along with in-home and community settings as needed
- Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy to students and their families
- Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner
- Attend school meetings
- Collaborate with school personnel
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a human services related field and on licensure track towards LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LP in the State of Minnesota
OR
- Master’s degree in a human services related field and fully licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LP in the State of Minnesota
AND
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Valid automobile insurance and acceptable driving record
Pay Range: $49,900 – $80,000
