Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) believes interns are integral to the agency and in turn, our communities. We are committed to providing a high-level internship experience where interns are treated respectfully and as a valued member of our team. Individuals can expect to grow professionally, gain real-world skills and knowledge, receive their required supervision hours, and have access to various training opportunities.
LCFS offers internship opportunities to students enrolled in a bachelor’s or mater’s degree level program studying psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or another behavioral health related field. Internship opportunity vary depending on the degree level and field of study.

- Community Support Program (CSP): Mille Lacs County
Master’s Degree Opportunities
- School-Linked Behavioral Health: Milaca Schools, Cambridge-Isanti Schools, Princeton Schools
- Day Treatment: Princeton and St. Cloud LCFS Offices
- Outpatient: Milaca and Cambridge LCFS Offices
- DBT: Milaca LCFS Office
