Faith
We are called to be a light of the world. It is by the grace of God that Lighthouse Child & Family Services, Inc. has developed into an agency that provides a wide array of mental health services and has the honor of serving our communities.
Community
Your story matters to us. Every person is valued regardless of their life circumstances. We at LCFS are invested in the communities we serve. Many of us live in the rural communities we serve and our communities matter to us.
Passion
We care about what we do. The vision of our passionate, highly trained staff is to focus on the best interest of the individuals and families they serve while partnering with them to improve their quality of mental health. We are invested in and passionate about our staff. They in turn, are invested and passionate about the people they serve. The expectation at LCFS is that we are as supportive and passionate about our colleagues as we are about the families we serve.
Healthy Communication
Healthy communication is key to any relationship. We believe it is important to model healthy communication with the individuals and families we serve, as well as the people we work with. We at LCFS care enough about our colleagues to strive for open, honest and respectful communication skills.
Respect
Respect means accepting people as they are. We at LCFS believe it is important to value each other’s points of view. We are called to be kind to one another and we believe in not only treating the people we serve with respect, but also our colleagues.
