Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) is currently accepting applications for a full or part-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (or Clinical Trainee) to provide services in our Milaca location.

Primary Duties:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and individual/family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in our outpatient office setting
- Provide DC 0-5 Assessments (training preferred, but not required) and therapy to children ages 0-6 and their families
- Provide individual therapy, one day per week, to clients at a Level 4 Special Education setting (Milaca location)
- Complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner, demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR, Microsoft Teams
- Be able to work independently, organize and maintain client appointments, work collaboratively with others
- Maintain progress towards licensure and follow requirements of supervision, as applicable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in one of the following behavioral science fields (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or related field)
- Licensure completed OR on licensure track as LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in the State of Minnesota
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record
- Must pass criminal background check completed through MN DHS (including fingerprints and photograph)
Pay DOQ – Minimum Starting Rate: $50,960.00/annual
