Professional Experience: I have provided therapeutic services in-home, in schools, and in an outpatient setting since 2015. I have experience supporting clients on IEPs receiving special education and collaborating with county mental health workers. I provide trainings, workshops, and in-services for educators, paraprofessionals, county mental health workers, community education, parents and caregivers, law enforcement, and businesses. I provide supervision for Clinical Interns, LPCC and RPT candidates.

Special Interests: I specialize in infant and early childhood mental health and am a certified Parenting Coach through University of Delaware’s Attachment and BioBehavioral Catch Up. I also specialize in treating childhood trauma and attachment disruptions. I am a HELP Network provider through Foster Adopt MN and am currently working toward the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate through University of Minnesota. As a Registered Play Therapist, I believe that expressive therapies such as play, art, movement, and sand allow us to process, reflect, and find insight into our past experiences and current behaviors.

A Fun Fact About Me: I love to spend my summers four-wheeling and going to the lake! My favorite place ever is Grand Marais and I would choose a trip to the North Shore over a tropical beach vacation any day!
