Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) is currently accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist (or Clinical Trainee) to serve students enrolled in the Braham School District. This position would have a focus on elementary aged students.

Primary Duties:
- Provide clinical mental health services to students and their families within school district buildings along with in-home and community settings as needed
- Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy or skills training to students and their families
- Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner
- Attend school meetings and collaborate with school personnel
- Be able to work independently and organize and maintain client appointments
- Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR system and Microsoft Products
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in one of the following behavioral science fields (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or related field)
- Licensure completed OR on licensure track as LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in the State of Minnesota
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record
- Must pass criminal background check completed through MN DHS (including fingerprints and photograph)
Pay DOQ – Minimum Starting Rate: $50,960.00/annual
